This is a little different than the typical review because I’m not actually a customer. I’m a fellow pest control business owner in California who had posted some questions in a Facebook group for pest control owners about mosquito services. Robert offered to let me give him a call, and he took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. He had absolutely nothing to gain from helping me, but still went out of his way to share his knowledge and experience. That really says a lot about his character and integrity. As another pest control owner, I could also tell he has a very strong understanding of pest biology and behavior and clearly knows his craft well. If he’s willing to go out of his way to help a fellow professional like that, I can only imagine the level of care he gives his own customers. It was genuinely appreciated. I had them over for I had a lot of problems with flies, gnats and tree roaches to mention a few and my wife was not happy but since they came out and did what they do, there has been a whole lot of less bugs and my wife is a happier woman so I signed up for the rest of the year and probably will be longer as there is nothing wrong with less bugs being around so try them out and you will see what I mean..... ~ Lonnie S

Robert came on time today as schedule at 9:30 am and gave me accurate information and instructions. The service was about 10 minutes long, with the request of no kids or pets on the lawn for 30 minutes and he even left a sign. Great service from the first call with Sassoon until completion.
